eally love the concept of working with wine makers to take advantage of surplus wine – not only reducing unnecessary waste, but also importantly creating two absolutely delicious wines. I particularly loved the white blend (Chenin/Semillon), which was really easy drinking and a real crowd favorite at a dinner party I hosted the other night. Can’t wait to see the wines to come from this innovative group!
