TRIZIE Fiber is definitely effective for me. As someone who eats a lot of fruits and vegetables, I usually don't have problems with my bowel movements. However, there are times during big meals and parties that I end up eating too much and find it hard to poop. Just taking one sachet of TRIZIE immediately solves the problem. I take one sachet before bed and wake up to detox immediately. Sometimes I like taking half a sachet during days when I find myself eating only small amounts of fruits and veggies just to supplement my fiber intake. I've also tried the other products like the collagen and jellies, which were really yummy, but the fiber blends (apple/clean, light, grape, peachy) are my favorite due to their effectiveness!

I think the jellies could use some improved formulation to be just as effective as their fiber blends.
