Good enough products but misleading ordering for international delivery said calculating taxes but still get charged international taxes, I asked that they put a disclaimer when ordering to make international customers aware of the glitch on the system but had a poor email reply that had no empathy nor understanding around my concern.
Feedback
The customer service really lets down the brand, I realise it’s a new venture but dismissing customers concerns out of hand is unforgivable and has sullied my view of what was an exciting new brand in a saturated market. Back to the drawing board Mr Macklemore I’m afraid.
