Absolutely horrible customer service and shipping. I ordered a carry-on on Dec7, hoping to use it for travel on Dec 18. Paravel sends an email after purchase that I will get a tracking number when the item ships, but that fulfillment could take 5-7 days due to carrier delays. Don't hear anything. On day 7, I reach out to customer service and they say that they will expedite my shipping (on them) and they will personally follow up with a tracking number (idk why you would need to personally send a tracking number, why is that not automated?). 3 days later, still no tracking number, I follow up again. silence. day before travel, still no bag, no tracking, nothing. starting to think I will never get this bag.


Customer service. Fulfillment. Send tracking numbers. Ship your product within the timeframe you say you will, or tell me why you can't.
