I would not recommend ordering from Jo Malone’s online shop. The company provides very bad customer service. I spent a lot of money in buying their reed diffusers. The package was delivered to the wrong person and was badly damaged. Had the package been delivered to me personally, I would have refused delivery. I was not prepared to open the package in such condition. I called their customer service and the agent assured me that a replacement order would be sent immediately and, on receiving pictures of the damaged package, arrangements would be made to return the original package. Instead, no replacement order has been placed, and I have had to endure several messages, always from different names, each one of which makes it increasingly difficult to receive a replacement order and to return the badly damaged package.
