My bracelet broke after a couple of weeks of wear but their customer service was great and very fast to get me a replacement. The replacement also broke after a day so I would not recommend that specific bracelet, although, they issued me a refund with no hassle. Other pieces I own have stood together pretty well but I do not recommend getting them wet- as the gold plating does tarnish rather quickly.
