I ordered from them last year, and after a few uses it got grainy. I hated it, but I heard they changed the formulas so I thought I’d give it another go. I ordered a package to Madrid on the 7th of May, because I was there until the 29th, so I thought it would arrive for sure, as it said estimated arrival 22-24 May. Well, it did not. I tried contacting Customer Service, but it’s non-existent. I am sending emails still to this day because I left Madrid and I want a refund as it did not arrive in time and nobody could pick it up. After like 76 emails (seriously!) I’ve got one reply saying it arrived on the 31 May which was in the estimated shipping time. They tried gaslighting me but I had a screenshot on the estimated delivery way before their reply. So they managed to reply with a LIE once. I’m sorry but at this point I understand why she gets so much hate and she deserves it.
