Their Support Just Ignores Emails I had an issue with my orders (test pack + full size perfume): the test sample and the full size perfume were not even similar in how they smelled. At first they were very nice about it and offered to send me a replacement, and then just stopped responding to any of my emails. They also totally ignored me on FB. The perfume is really nice, but their customer service is just horrible, so I wouldn't recommend it. Date of experience: March 22, 2024
