Bought a Mackage coat this winter as an investment piece for my wardrobe. First time I wore it I had serious issues with the main zipper. The 2nd time I had to make business associates wait and laugh at me while I struggled for at least two minutes to use a zipper, that felt cool. The third time I unzipped an inner liner that my particular coat has. When I took it out to wear the 4th time and tried to zip the liner back in the zipper moved .5cm before locking up and being unmovable. Nothing to be done. Entire coat unusable. Mackage will repair it, IF I PAY TO SEND IT TO THEM. I pass their store several times a week, I can't even drop it there. So now I can wait 4-8 weeks. Guess I can use it next year if I can even deal with wearing it cause I now HATE Mackage. 0 for quality 0 for service 0 for I trust the repairs will be any better than the original BS 10 for bye see you never 10 for I'm letting everyone in the NYC private school system know
