I purchased the large heather grey Ugg collab bag and I received it with the UGG label upside down. I have not received a response in 2 days in regards to a resolution to this issue since it states NO REFUNDS….. Hopefully I will hear from someone soon to issue me a refund and send me a return label for the bag. HORRIBLE experience this is my first and LAST Telfar purchase. I do not recommend purchasing the bag or the matching bucket hat. The hat is cheaply put together and it buckles under the logo.
