    Pretty Little Thing

I decided to re-install their app because I remembered that I got this excellent, beautiful dress from them a few years ago. It is of amazing quality and I still have that dress in my closet today. I decided to look for a cute cutout dress to wear when I want to go clubbing at night, found this cute dress (looked cute on the model), and decided to purchase it for $40+. This dress arrived to me and looked absolutely NOTHING like the dress I had seen online. Not only was the quality crappy, but the general dress design was not up-to-par compared to the picture. Classic false advertisement. The dress literally felt like someone had transformed an old pair of leggings into a dress. It felt like I was wearing a shoelace string. It didn't fit me and the cutouts were not where they said they would be. My chest was peeking out of the cutouts and my butt was so far below the dress I may as well just show up to the club with nothing on. It looked AND felt cheap. I was so disgusted. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVERRRR shop there again. I'm in the return process and waiting to get my money back and trust, I've never been so deeply betrayed that I had to go through the return/refund process. Absolutely despicable! A sheen dress would look and feel better.

    Telfar

I purchased the Telfar clear jelly bag a couple of weeks ago. Two days after this purchase, I bought a set of Telfar earrings. The clear jelly bag is cute if you’re okay with non-adjustable long AND short straps. This detail sort of bothered me the first couple of times I wore my bag because I own authentic Kate Spade and Michael Kor bags that give me the option of a long strap. With this brand, it’s take it or leave it. It’s been a week and my bag is keeping up. The material is really jelly like. Like the straps sometimes remind me of a jump rope. I’m 5’5 and so these straps make me feel ridiculous on occasion. Sometimes I tuck them into the bag which helps but limits the space in the bag. Now to shipping and processing. Because I purchased this clear jelly bag the first time it was released, it was shipped and processed pretty fast. However, the earrings I bought a couple of days later took a week to process. I received my bag before my earrings which was strange since my bag hadn’t fully processed when I purchased them. I thought why not just put the earrings and bag in the same shipping box to save on material and get my items to me faster?? I guess when you’re a famous company, you don’t have to follow certain rules and you can get your items to the customer whenever you feel like it. I had to email them multiple times to check on my earrings because, for a second, I was convinced that they wouldn’t show. They were shipped yesterday and now I can imagine that shipping will take at least another week before delivery. I think this brand prioritizes the new releases over their old products which would explain why my new bag shipped and delivered before one of their older products (a set of earrings) processed and shipped. This is even though I purchased them a couple of days apart. I wouldn’t say that this brand is environmentally friendly just because of the silly packaging situation. My purse came in a big enough box to fit both my purse and earrings yet only the purse was present. I assume that my earrings will come in another box which is quite unnecessary since the earrings aren’t even close to the size of my purse.
