    Unhappy customer

    I had high hopes for the Lojel Cubo, as it was raved about online, but my experience with it was disappointing to say the least. My Lojel suitcase’s handle got stuck on its very first trip (less than 2 weeks after I bought it) which is ridiculously short given the rather high price point of this product. I then had to deal with extremely unhelpful customer service from Lojel, who were unable to (i) send me replacement parts in time (I was told it would take more than 5 days, which is ridiculous because how often do you stay in one place when you travel, especially for business travel?); (ii) insisted on proof of purchase to help further (who carries receipts with them when they travel? What is the point of serial numbers then? And shouldn’t the priority be on solving the issue rather than insisting that people pay for maintaining the product?): and (iii) gave conflicting advice on whether I needed to pay for repairs). As I could not get proper recourse, I posted on Lojel’s Instagram, but am now unable to find my original comment on its page. I hope that Lojel relooks its customer service instead of trying to fob off customers, and would work to being committed to improving customers’ experience. I had high hopes for Lojel due to the good reviews and good design, and while I still believe that Lojel’s products are well designed, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
