I Purchased a sheet set and waffle duvet cover. The waffle duvet cover was completely snagged. After washing. The company told me this is normal and you can fix it with a crochet hook. When I asked for a refund they told me I was not eligible because I live in Canada.

I Purchased, these bags at bed Bath and beyond. They are so sturdy and hold up to dishwashing.

I bought an endy mattress five years ago. The mattress definitely lost support and sagged. I did contact customer support, and they offered me a one time only replacement mattress. Unfortunately after a couple of years this one has done the same. Was comfortable at first, but not built to last.
