The taste is really good. The packaging is nice. So I have now listed the positive. The liver did not lower my liver count at all. I was so lucky that my friends gave it to me as a gift but sadly all the marketing they say about bio avaliable is just snake oil I have my labs done every 3 months. You would think that you would see a difference and the only thing that did was my bilirubin. It spiked to an above average level. My doctor asked what changed and told me to stop using it at once.
