Used bi-weekly, is very nice yet frustrating as my 48" of very thick hair requires much more than an expensive thick plastic small square bottle of conditioner where a dry air environment combined with cold climate requires. So much more. I'm torn....Being a Utah resident, I assumed her products would be "golden " to my dismay, it too is a sufficient product sent in recycled paper, thick plastic and a price tag that guarantees her a constant supplement to her income. The oil is okay, the leave in treatment stay away... the shampoo and conditioner are nice bi-weekly. The hair brush is an awesome idea but doesn't assist thick long hair, most likely catered to thin medium lengths or shorter. Hope this help.
