The lenses are acceptable. I have strong prescriptions and they work just fine. As a business organization they are abysmal: *Supply/shipping delays not communicated. *Tracking information not provided. *Canceling subscription challenging. *Does not provide notice of shipment in advance of shipping and charging your account to offer the opportunity to pause delay reschedule etc. Customer service Representatives on the phone are polite and helpful
