My rating is based on two different products with very mixed qualities. We first bought the collar in vegan leather with matching leash for our Pomsky and this product unfortunately definitely did disappoint. After a few months use the collar completely snapped out on a walk and our dog ran away, we luckily got him back but I would obviously never use this collar again. The attachment of the matching leash also wasn't very safe and unlocked by itself a few times. I don't know if they have improved the old products but I wouldn't recommend any dog owner buying this one. After complaining to Barkalot about this experience they send me one of their newer collars + leashes made of PET and I could already tell that this one was much safer than their old design. It's much sturdier and it has a much better secure attachment, so we haven't had any problems with this one, and this one I can definitely recommend. I would also like to mention that the pins that we got for our first order I thought was way too big for the collar, we had the M size. It made them be just in the way, I would have expected the pins to be smaller in size so it wouldn't look or feel as awkward.
