13 Brands Spotted
New and emerging brands, curated by the Thingtesting team
Peptides are a polarising topic. At one end of the spectrum, there are GLP-1s, which are now broadly accepted as mainstream. At the other, there are research chemicals that people import from who knows where and inject themselves based on questionable intructions. Phases is a new brand from Floom founder Lana Elie, and it seems focused on building trust in a space where consumer interest (and the potential for misinformation) is spreading fast.
We also spotted Orna, which makes wall chargers that look nice, strength training wearable Fort, a reusable dental flosser Flossr, daily-use skincare company Cynic, and mineral sunscreen brand The Rising, which adds fermented pomegranate to its formulas.
In the snack aisle, we have barista-quality matcha brand Dotti, electrolyte drink mix startup Sashet, and better-for-you cookie brand Fields Good. Fizzen is a sparkling drink that contains protein, Gaptooth is a small-batch soda maker, Croots makes croutons for snacking on, and Frood makes freeze-dried flavor blends to make cooking quicker.
