Loosing the sleeve for the bag is a really sad moment. I wish the bag could fold into itself.

Neoprene, while water resistant, can be hard to clean. Wish that there were more recommendations for cleaning from the brand.

Chili crisp was good and very flavorful. Not too spicy which means that it can hit a larger market.

Wasn't as crispy as some other chili oils on the market that have fried garlic in them. Not a bad thing, just something to consider when buying.

Sometimes the flavoring gets stuck in the silicone bowl, making it hard to wash. Usually a soak in the sink helps with this.

I have been subscribing for about a year and a half now. The fact that you can choose any vessel is very attractive. It's always a fun time to make a new candle. These make great gifts too.

Great return policy. My first hardshell luggage cracked due to poor airline handling. Return was was easy and they helped me get a color that I wanted. Well made luggage that can be stuffed if needed.
