While I love the concept I did not love the flavor. My initial impression was that they were terrible, however they did grow on me a bit. That being said I won't be ordering them again.

Huel is a great option for anyone looking for quick, cheap, and relatively healthy meals and meal replacements. I've tried the Huel Black Edition, which is basically a meal replacement shake. The chocolate, strawberry shortcake, salted caramel, and vanilla are all very tasty. I also have tried several flavors of their savory offering, which is essentially a dry soup mix that you add boiling water to and is ready in 5 min. Things I like about it: - Very quick and easy to make a meal (3 min for a shake, 6 min for the savory) - The included shakers and soup cup have lines that show you where to fill it to. - 400 calories per serving + 27 vitamins and minerals - Tastes great - Easy to manage subscription service Things I don't like: - Too many ingredients that we can't pronounce (this is a rule of thumb for figuring out healthy packaged goods, less ingredients and preferably ones we can pronounce) - This is a major one: it uses Sunflower Oil Powder -- this is one of the oils on the list of inflammatory oils and is generally not great. While I do like more than I don't, unfortunately the ingredients (especially Sunflower Oil Powder) make me hesitate to continue to use long term.

Great product, just wish they would simplify and clean up the ingredients.

I had the pleasure of trying Ghia while sitting on a balcony overlooking Los Angeles with the founder Melanie. Melanie made us a spritz and it was crisp and refreshing, a little bitter (which I like) and well balanced. However, the real pleasure is understanding the experience that Ghia aims to create. This is not an alcohol replacement, rather a unique experience on its own. Yes, it is meant to take the place of a cocktail in terms of time and place, but what you really get when you drink Ghia it is a product that was crafted with your experience in mind and heart. We did a great podcast with her where you can learn about Melanie and Ghia: https://open.spotify.com/episode/2f0oN1dy328r5RqM6t6zit?si=857c82b6ebfb4ad6
