I don't have a problem with the texture or taste of Banza, or any other legume pasta alternatives - I'm eating them for the protein. However, I don't really think chickpea protein pasta requires xanthan gum. Many other pasta brands can just make it out of chickpeas, or beans, or lentils.
Overall, Alec's is *really good* ice cream. Very clean, little to no additives, organic and regenerative. The flavors for the most part are on point and taste premium, having tried multiple.
On the individual:
Salted Chocolate was okay, a little bit boring but you could taste the salt. It was just chocolate ice cream though.
Tahitian Vanilla and Sea Salt Caramel were great top tier flavors. The vanilla in the vanilla bean was very pronounced and high quality. The caramel swirl had a depth of flavor and the ice cream itself was salty and sweet like a caramel base.
Meyer Lemon Cookie could have a little more lemon flavor - it tasted more sweet overall than specifically lemon, I think it needs to be stronger because I was really looking forward to this flavor.
Liquid Death's Green Guillotine green tea is for someone that likes Arizona green tea but thinks it's too sweet. I like it because of that, because I can taste the tea flavor instead of overwhelming sugar. I love the can and box design, but more importantly I like the product. If you prefer sweeter iced teas though, this may not be your favorite.
I never tried creatine but wellah's creatine was definitely a good start. I noticed the effects of creatine within a few days after taking the supplement, it really works! It helps that creatine is the most research backed supplement out there, even if 3g a serving is on the lower end. There was no funny taste but I prefer the strawberry lemonade over the pomegranate.
I ate my A Dozen Cousins bone broth rice on a trip where I didn't have kitchen access. It was very good and offered nutrition you wouldn't normally get from microwave food. However, without getting it for free, it would be a bit pricy. You could also tell that it was microwave food, but as long as you eat it with another main meal or side, that isn't much of a problem.
I recently tried Ithica's Medium Salsa through a rebate offer. Ithica's new Salsa is delicious and a solid salsa offering. No joke it really is so good. The Medium is an accurate level of spice (comes from jalapenos), and the salsa is very smooth and fine cut, not chunky. All the ingredients are non-GMO as well. However, if you're buying this, note that it is a little pricy like the rest of Ithica's offerings.
I tried the Strawberry & Rhubarb Culture Pop and it wasn't bad. Although, I wouldn't necessarily call it a soda - more like a slightly sweetened seltzer drink. It's nowhere near "soda" sweet. I mainly tasted strawberry, searching for the rhubarb but couldn't really find it. I really liked how clean the ingredients were, though, and the probiotic aspect of the drink.
