Let me preference this by saying: You have to be special kind of crazy to spend more than some keyboards on plastic to put on top of your custom keyboard. If you are this crazy, this is some of the best, and most expensive, plastic in the business. I truly love how many different colors and variations is on offer through different vendors - all produced by gmk. Dealing with the group buy structure (purchasing a product before production) is annoying especially since these product runs are prone to delays. I guess that is the price you need to pay to get a truly stunning looking and sounding keyboard.
Spikeball has quickly become the favorite summer-time weekend activity for my family. It's super fun, has a low barrier to entry and an incredibly high skill ceiling. We've had many fun hours with it and more is to come.
I've only one of tried their Geisha variants so this review only covers that. What a cup of coffee! It's expensive as all hell, but it tastes amazing. I've become a Geisha believer that's for sure. The coffee is a luxury due to its price, so I wouldn't use it as a "daily driver", but it's just perfect for the slower cozy weekend mornings. If you are into floral coffees you should definitely give them a go if you get the chance
Amazing roaster and cafe. Nice and light roasts and plenty of different styles for all tastes. I love their stranger roasts and the way the challenge my assumption of what a cup of coffee should taste like. The beans are expensive but they are 100% worth it in my opinion.
Make sure to ask/pay attention if your preference is for very classic darker roasts and aren't into more out there coffee.
Kinship Milk Tea
This was my first ever encounter with milk tea and I'm a little conflicted on my experience. The quality of this tea is outstanding and you can taste the different ingredients working together. I tried both the earl gray and yulong version and I definitely prefer the earl gray, since yulong always tasted strange to me. This competes with coffee as my start of day beverage. It is a nice cold alternative, but I think I will stick to espresso for the time being.
Some of the best clothes I've ever owned. Sustainably made, high quality and a good fit - what's not to like. My girlfriend got a trench coat from them and we were especially impressed by the quality of that.
I absolutely loved it. I normally don't eat candy, but these absolutely blew me away. I tried the lychee passion fruit flavor and can only recommend it. If you don't want all the sugar, but are still into candy. This should be at the top of your list
These are good socks. Nice stretchy material, good support and sticks nicely to the foot. They’re good quality and provides a fresh look for the morning run. These are socks that are good at socking. What more do you need?
Power Up Foods
They were okay. They tasted like brownies and their consistency mushy and not as dry as one would fear from cake coming out a bag. I guess the best word to describe my experience was meh. Wasn’t great, wasn’t bad, and I remember my initial impression was that they are unremarkable. I didn’t really notice the effects of the caffeine that much, but I guess it woke me up a little.
I didn’t really like these all to much. The smoked variant tasted off to me. I didn’t enjoy the consistency of the roasted chickpeas, especially combined with the smoked taste. I also tried the “Slow your roll” variant and liked that more. The taste still had me wondering what was wrong with a regular trail mix. It is supposed to do a lot of good stuff to your body and the company’s “Nothing Artificial” speaks to me. Just wish it tasted better.
I love the brand mission, but the taste isn’t for me. Would like to try a new flavour in the future.
