Hi Sonjirose, we're so sorry to hear the chai wasn’t quite what you were hoping for! Everyone’s taste and texture preferences are a little different, and we totally get that the earthy flavor can take some getting used to.

If you still have some left, you might try blending it into a smoothie with a banana or a little almond milk. It helps smooth out the texture and gives it a more balanced, latte-like taste. Some customers also enjoy mixing it with coffee or a dash of cinnamon, too!

While mushrooms aren’t naturally water soluble, we’ve worked super hard to get it as dissolvable as possible. Of course, these natural ingredients can still settle as you get towards the bottom. We suggest adding in a little more water/creamer as you get down the cup and just keep stirring. Also, another thing to try is to add RYZE into your cup before the water and dry mix; then, just let the RYZE + water sit for about 30-60 seconds right after you pour, before you start stirring, as this allows the powder to break down first. You can also use a mini electric frother if you have one to get it mixed better from the outset. Hope that helps! 

We’re sorry to hear that you’re still not experiencing the effects after drinking it for quite a while, although we’re surprised to hear this as nearly all of our customers are shocked at the noticeable effects they receive from RYZE with prolonged and consistent use. The effects really depend on the person. Some would see the effects after days of taking it, while others may take weeks to see the results. Can you try to increase the serving to 2 cups daily in the next 2 weeks and see if that’ll work better for you? Hoping for good news!

I feel bullied&scammed! I love the product, but unfortunately it gives me really bad headaches. I  tried repeatedly to cancel my subscription but they don’t allow it ! I’ve made many attempts to “ manage subscription” but it won’t work. They continuously keep taking money out of my account & I’m furious about it! Next will be a civil lawsuit. You guys are slowly making a bad name for yourselves stealing from your customers!! 

Why do you make it impossible to cancel subscription

We also send emails 3 days before the next shipment is scheduled to process to double-check that it is okay to send the new order through. Additionally, we always send email confirmation for every successful order. We’re unsure why you didn’t receive one. Perhaps it got lost in the shuffle?

I started out small with the mushroom coffee, delicious & healthy. Then I added the matcha to give my body an opportunity not to adjust to any one thing. (Also yummy!) Then I added the creamer for the coffee also healthy and tastes great! Finally I’ve incorporated the hot cocoa at night, wow❣️ I’m so grateful to have such yummy options over the old zombie feeling of coffee. I’m more alert without the jitters…I’m grateful to Ryze❣️

I suffer from severe inflammation and digestive issues. I started seeing improvement after two days of drinking the mushroom coffee. I was so impressed that I ordered a mushroom and matcha starter pack and the probiotic creamer. Needless to say, I’m able to drink coffee and enjoy creamer without worrying about lactose intolerance issues, plus the anti inflammatory properties without experiencing stomach upset like with regular coffee. 

I usually can't drink coffee because it makes me super jittery, but Ryze coffee does not do that! I can drink it and feel great energy from it without a crash or feeling jittery. I also love the added medicinal mushrooms in it. 

El cafe por primera vez tiene un sabor raro de definir , pero luego uno se acostumbra al sabor , yo lo tomo junto con el colageno sabor chocolate entonces el sabor no se siente tanto..
Me gustaria que en los ingredientes detallen la cantidd de hongos que lleva, pero no lo dice.

El Hot cacao, su sabor es agradable y no se siente raro como el ryze cafe, el hot cacao tiene melamina, por lo que a mi en particular me induce al sueño dice que tiene 3 mg, pero da la sensasion que tiene mas .

I have been making a switch to mushrooms for a health aspect.  I've tried different brands for coffee and this brand I really like.  I've heard about this brand from a friend and glad she recommended it to me.  I would recommend this as well.  I get the taste of a coffee but glad it's a healthier type.  

I wanted to like this coffee, but I just couldn't find myself being able to drink it straight. While it's great that it is mushroom coffee, those are the only benefits I could think of that would keep me coming back. It's keto-friendly, but that defeats the purpose when you still have to add something to sweeten it. I found myself still adding honey and creamer. However, if you're okay with that, there is the added benefit of mushrooms. Adaptogen mushrooms have been known to increase mental clarity. It won't work for everyone, and the effects aren't immediate, but you may eventually feel it. I only drink one cup of coffee a day though.

I’ve been drinking RYZE for 4 months now and it’s become a staple in my morning routine. It gives me steady, clean energy without the jitters or crashes I used to get from regular coffee. The taste is smooth and earthy, and it blends perfectly with hot water or oat milk. I’ve noticed better focus, digestion, and overall balance throughout the day. It’s quick to prepare and feels like a healthier, more mindful way to start my day. Highly recommend!

I had a friend recommend this as I am a big coffee drinker and need the caffeinating aspect in my daily life. This alternative does seem to give me a lot more energy vs regular coffee. You can enjoy it on its own or create your own mix. I personally like a mix just like my regular coffee. 

Not a fan of the coffee at all. But the creamer and teas are fine. I bought the matcha and chicory also. They’re decent. The breakfast oats are also good but pricey. I think I’ve tried everything they have and the oats are my favourite. Could they be better? Yes. Everything in America right now could be much better. Still, would recommend. 

RYZE is the new mushroom coffee for me! I tried another brand of mushroom coffee which was ok however after tying RYZE mushroom coffee and creamer I am sold on RYZE. I have more energy after drinking RYZE. The creamer is delicious and without chemicals. RYZE is helping with my gut issues as well. RYZE has all my check marks, non GMO, gluten free, with all healthy ingredients! 

I’ve had a great experience with Ryze—it’s been truly fulfilling from a customer standpoint. The taste is smooth and enjoyable, without the jittery feeling you get from high-caffeine drinks. One of the biggest benefits I’ve noticed is a real reduction in bloating. Overall, I highly recommend the Ryze Ritual Set—it’s become a staple in my daily routine!

I'm only on day 15 with Ryze mushroom coffee, but I'm extremely happy with how I feel so far. This coffee has a wonderful flavor. When you open the pouch the aroma is sweet just like the taste. I did find using a frother or stirring vigorously after adding my creamer got rid of all most all of the sediment. I'm excited for my next coffee order which I included the chai. I hope it tastes just as good!

Do not buy from these people they’re complete scammers. They make you go into subscriptions without your authorization even though you only buy one product. When you try to cancel, no one is available and they keep on charging your account. The coffee taste grainy and does not have any benefits as day claim. 

I got this at a pop up event. I’ve tried the chai frozen and hot and both versions I don’t enjoy it. It has a gritty texture and too much of an earthy taste for my liking. Plus it isn’t as strong in the energy claims as other products I’ve tried.

This product is more than what I expected and little to more of what I need, my second batch just hit my door steps and I am so happy, better energy, better mood, brighter skin…..remember two servings a day will get you own your way !!!!!!!!

Ryze dark roast mushroom coffee tastes like a high quality instant coffee. You can mix it with hot water or hot milk. You have to stir it for a little while to completely dissolve, but it’s not too bad. My family and I did not notice any difference in what regular coffee bean dark roast coffee would do for us mentally. We don’t get the jitters from regular coffee, so not sure about a possible difference here… The reason I removed 1 star is its very high price compared to regular high quality coffee. 6 sticks cost ten dollars at my Target. 

Okay, I’ll be honest — I was super hesitant because I am not a mushroom person. But RYZE completely won me over. It actually tastes good, like genuinely yummy, with none of that earthy mushroom flavor I was dreading. It’s smooth, a little creamy, and gives you a calm focused energy without the jittery crash of regular coffee. The fact that it’s packed with adaptogens and good for you is just a bonus. If you’re on the fence because of the mushroom thing — trust me, just try it. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

 Edit to add:
I used the other bag of coffee and creamer as part of my daily routine. I didn't notice any difference in my energy whatsoever. I think the idea is interesting, and perhaps it does work for someone, but the products didn't work for me whatsoever. The taste was fine, but it didn't do anything for me health-wise or energy-wise. It's not worth the price, including the discount for a subscription, when it doesn't do anything for me.


 I'm always super fatigued, regardless of how much sleep I get or coffee I drink. I decided to try Ryze after snagging a discount on Facebook (Still cost me quite a bit though, over $40).
  To start, the taste is pretty good. It tastes like an earthy coffee. It's a bit grainy, especially at the bottom of the cup, and you have to stir and keep stirring to keep it well-mixed. I bought the set with the creamer to maybe get an added boost. The creamer tastes like creamer. However, the creamer doesn't mix well at all and will clump. Stir, stir, stir. And stir some more.
  I've finished a bag already. I don't see any difference in mental clarity, energy, or gut health. I have another bag and will continue drinking it daily, but honestly I haven't seen any difference to warrant a very expensive habit and subscription.  It was worth a shot, I guess. Maybe others would feel a difference, but I just don't.


I wanted to love this, it has all the things I’m looking for in a morning beverage—functional mushrooms like Lions Man and Reish, MTC, no sugar. But I can’t get past the cheap instant coffee taste. Sorry, Ryze. Moving on.

This product tastes terrible and has an awful rancid smell. (Truly, it is one of the worst things I have ever tasted or smelled in my life, and I perform dissections for a living.) Even worse, customer service is pushy and deceptive. I reached out to them to ask for a return label and to start the refund process. Instead of accepting my request, the rep I chatted with proceeded to push me to keep trying the product. (You can see our chat below.) And they graciously told me that they would pause my subscription (what subscription?) while I tried their product again. Not only did I never subscribe to this product, I never received a confirmation email for a subscription. I also never received a link to review the product with RYZE. This company is deceptive at every turn. 

Further, after 3 weeks, I had not received my refund, so I reached out to the rep I had been chatting with earlier, and they said that they received the return and immediately refunded me. So not only do you have to return the product, you have to remember to pester the company to refund your money.
