I experienced the same thing with the customer service. The ProMix caused me to have extreme diarrhea. When I first contacted them they suggested I give it another try. I did and had the same result.  When I asked about a refund, I was told the same story that it was bought on subscription and the 90 day return policy did not apply to subscriptions.  This tells me they split hairs and do not stand behind their product. Subscription or not! The product made me ill.  If they do this, you have to be concerned about this companies' integrity!  Better yet? What is actually in the ingredients that they are lying about.

I usually don’t write reviews, I’ve been buying the Madagascar protein powder not sure if it works taste ok but this review is actually about customer support I don’t believe they stand behind thier products I wanted to cancel an order after 10 minutes of putting it in and they would not let me. Then it says 90 days return policy I tried to return the flow and thier reply was I can’t cause it was bought on subscription this shows they are not standing behind thier return policy. I’ve cancelled my subscription and will buy elsewhere. 

As a certified nutritionist, wellness provider, and owner of a wellness studio, I have a lot of clients who are constantly searching for the best way to get in a little extra protein. While I typically suggest Whole Foods, getting your protein from meat, dairy, etc., Promix is the absolute best protein powder that I can find right now for an extra boost or easy on the goat meal!
The flavor is subtle but delicious, so it’s great added into water, milk, or a smoothie. I love that they use coconut sugar rather than one of the artificial sweeteners which can be kind of hard on your system. the proof is in the supplement facts, 150 cal just five added grams of sugar and 30 g of protein. They also really prioritize their amino acid profile which is super important for the body!

I'm loving this so far, and will definitely be ordering again. I got the white peach flavor, it's delicious and so far love starting my day with this. I have also been noticing a slight improvement in my bloating which I'm hopeful about :) Super fast shipping and love that it's more eco-friendly that single serving packs.

I ordered the unsweetened watermelon electrolytes and it may just be because it's unsweetened but I don't love how it tastes. It's incredibly bitter and salty which likely works but does not give me the feeling of hydration if that makes any sense.

I purchased this in search of a protein powder with clean, traceable ingredients. The chocolate flavor is mild and not overly sweet. It tastes more natural compared to other brands that are more of a dessert. Where it loses a point for me is that the product comes in a bag instead of a container. I feel like this is more conducive to creating a mess.

I've been using protein powders for at least ten years, and I've tried all kinds, from the ones filled with filler ingredients to vegan ones. This felt like the right blend of natural ingredients while also tasting good and not adding any extra carbs. 

It fluffs up your smoothie really nicely, as all whey protein will, and I like that they have isolate available for anyone who has sensitivity to lactose, this will be great for you.

Plus, animal welfare is important to me, and it's great to know that this comes from grass-fed cows. This will be a repurchase.

Really excited about my most recent purchase using Promix. The ingredients seem super clean and it makes me feel very intentional about when I take my vitamins now. I’m only taking half the serving size as I think I already have enough omega-3’s in my day. I will say the softgels are huge so if you are somebody that can’t handle that then I wouldn’t recommend this.

My hopes are usually pretty low for protein bars that actually taste good but these are surprisingly SO good! They taste sweet like a rice krispy treat but don’t feel fake and heavy and I actually feel like I can eat this for breakfast or a mid morning snack because it’s so easy to bring along. Love that it comes in both regular and vegan protein and has great macros! 

Seemed expensive at first but the bag is actually pretty big and for a vegan protein powder the calories to protein ratio is great! I’ve struggled to find a good vegan protein powder for so long and I’m glad I found this, especially in unflavored so it’s easy to add to anything I want! 

From a nutritional ROI perspective, this is a top-tier staple. The sourcing—grass-fed, non-GMO, and soy-free—aligns perfectly with an evidence-based longevity protocol. It integrates seamlessly into my daily nutrient-dense smoothie (blending well with berries and greens) and provides a clean, 30g+ protein hit without the unnecessary fillers or stevia found in "lifestyle" brands.

It has a very "clean," almost neutral profile. If you are used to highly sweetened, dessert-like protein powders, the unflavored or lightly sweetened versions might taste "earthy" or thin to you.

So, what could be better?

The bags can be cumbersome, and the seals are prone to failure. To prevent oxidation and maintain potency over a long term, "Legacy Drain," I’ve had to transfer my bulk supply into airtight glass containers.

It’s a true isolate, meaning it’s thin and can be "sticky." While it works perfectly in a high-speed blender for smoothies, it’s not the easiest to mix with just a shaker bottle or a spoon—it requires a bit of mechanical force to avoid clumping.


The peanut butter taste is pleasant and mild. It mixes easily enough for me and is not chalky at all. My main issue is with the packaging and customer service. The bag looks nice, it is just too bulky and, worse, product gets into the seal and it doesn’t feel like a secure seal at all. I had to transfer it to a different container.

There was an initial issue with my order and when I perused the website for clarification about returns I saw how much you truly need to read up on that before you buy from them. Additionally there are many people online with customer service issues…to the point that I would be concerned with ordering from them in the future. Why put the effort into making a good product, but not want to have goodwill with the people who buy your products? It erodes the sense of trust in the products.

I'm content with this creatine so far. I'm new to creatine so I didn't know what to expect, but I like how clean this product is, with no additives, and no flavors. I simply don't understand why supplements need all these added flavors/sweeteners etc. Obviously this is a highly processed product but it seems the company has done a lot of testing to make sure it's safe. I've knocked off 2 stars because the package refers to a serving size as "1 scoop" or 5g, which for the average person in the US makes no sense. I tried using a scale and my teaspoons/tablespoons to figure out which one equals 5g, and none of them do. The product did not come with a scooper - I even poured out the whole bag into an airtight jar to look for it. So overall the product is usable but unmeasurable from my perspective, therefore I have no idea if I'm getting the right serving size. Not enough will have no effect, meanwhile too much might give me side effects. Flying blind here!

Free idea for Promix - the flavor of your "unflavored" electrolyte drink mix should be called Salt Lick. I find myself having to use a lot of water to mask the saltiness. The average water bottle size is not enough water for the recommended dosage of this electrolyte mix, so I've been using half the dose. It's not something I look forward to drinking. All the mixture settles at the bottom of my water bottle as well. I think this is made for very intense sweaty workouts and if you have a massive water bottle, and are constantly shaking it to mix around/dissolve the electrolyte, the serving size would be better. I have never had an electrolyte mix that tastes this salty. Otherwise I like the container, it came with a metal scoop which also I think is nice (hate those janky plastic ones). It's just not a pleasant taste to me.

So far I’ve tried the creatine, the debloat, protein puff bars. I really love the protein bars because it feels like a treat. The creatine and debloat dissolve easily and I just mix it with my electrolytes. All taste good

From every flavor I’ve tried so far, all have been really delicious. My favorite protein bars to date. It feels like a snack rather than something I have to eat. Will definitely need to order more when I run out! 

Promix offers a nice variety of protein options with varying types and flavors. Their protein puff bars are a fun option in place of a traditional protein bar but still have the dry/chalky protein taste. Their ingredients seem pretty clean and the prices pretty average. 

I added debloat into my daily routine first thing in the morning - it’s hard to tell if it’s making a difference yet but it tastes great and encourages me to drink a glass of water upon waking. My favorite flavor is hibiscus! 

These bars are lovely.  They remind me of rice/marshmallow treats from my childhood.  I love the plant-based protein and most of all that they are a 1% for the Planet brand. This is a product I will buy over and over.  They are great for travel and taste delicious. 

In love with the brands mission and healthy and clean ingredients. I love their detox flush single packets. Makes them super convenient for on the go and is easy to pour in my drink when working out. My skin and energy seem to do much better when taking the detox flush powder. Love it! 

Thanks to Thingtesting, I was introduced to Promix. The market for protein or supplements is definitely saturated, but I loved how pure Promix products are. It's no-nonsense and promises high-quality ingredients. So far I have tried the  B12, collagen beauty elixir, fish oil + cod liver, strawberry milk protein powder, creatine, electrolytes, puff bars, and debloat drinks. I especially love the puff protein bars and the drinks are all delicious without the fake sugary aftertaste.  Honestly, the reviews speak for themselves!
