I tried to order online twice.   When I checked the summary of my order - they placed the order for more product than I asked for. 

What I asked for was around $100 or less.   What they wrote my order for was over $200.     Where is there somewhere reputable to purchase?

If you used a credit card, you can dispute it and they will give you a credit and charge it back to them.

same experience here. total run around regarding refund and return. Just another scam company that says oh well will replace or refund if you're not happy. But not before you give them 50 percent of the purchase. Meaning you're not getting a full refund. I would stand clear of this product because the product itself is less than quality but their customer service is less than good as well. I would spread the word far and wide because I think the positive reviews are made up.

After receiving my order from this company I contacted them to advise that one bottle was actually broken upon receipt and the other bottle had a thick lumpy texture and a very strong odour I received a reply which I have posted word for word below

So sorry for this issue, could you please try pumping it 50 times holding it upright? This is a semi common issue and after doing that it should start working on every pump.

If you pump it 50 times and it doesn't work, please let me know. I'll be happy to send a free replacement with free priority shipping!

IF you haven't yet, Please use a damp sponge/makeup brush and only DOT-SIZED amounts as a little goes a long way (As little as you can first - then add as needed). Hope it makes a difference! 

You can also mix/apply with moisturizer/hydrating serum/primer if texture is too thick/dry ❤

I think we can all agree this is not a satisfactory response and I therefore emailed the company directly advising of the problem and asking for a refund as per the 30 day money back guarantee. 

I received a rather rude email telling me to send the product back at my own cost with a tracking number and when received they would refund me meaning it would cost me over £10 in postage and packing to return the product.

The address given for the return was 926 Kennard Way, Sunnyvale, CA, 94087

Upon goggling this address I found it is a residential property and has had several businesses running out of it all of which have many many complaints lodged against them. 

As well as Lanera the companies GETPHOERA ( another “ miracle foundation” ) 
NeckTomy ( a massage product that has caused serious pain and injury to many customers) 
To name a few are running out of this property. TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IT IS A SCAM !!!

Product was presented in advertising as being a premium product. The packaging was so cheap the pump squirted out sideways and broke after three uses. The product itself covers but made skin look very flat. Unable to get my money back for faulty bottle unless i send back paying the postage even though no fault by myself. Stay clear would never buy again

Don’t buy from this company.  They over charged my card and never sent anything. Company refused to refund 

This is my second purchase of Lanera foundation, I absolutely love it! I haven't had any issues, and I love the coverage it gives me. I've had ladies ask me what I am wearing :-) So I tell them, and they order some for themselves. 

I ordered this in hopes that this would be my new foundation.  I paid for it and received my order.  I do not like the coverage.  I'm fair skinned.   There is no where on the label for a return.  It came via amazon even though I did not order from Amazon.  I would like a refund.  I have had for 6 days.  Used twice.  Not for me.   I have a feeling I'm going to get the run around about returning it.  That's why I would just walk in a store and purchase so that if it's not for me, I can just take it back.  

I took the test and was sent lanera soft matte full coverage L1 ivory. The coverage was not good it felt heavy on my face and plus the shade was horrible. Their return policy says replacement but you will have to pay shipping for the return. they will email you with some kind of return deal that only benefits the company.  You will only be out more money for shipping with no confidence the shade or foundation will be sufficient.  I'm just sick of these businesses promising returns only to disappoint with no refund. I wanted a full refund for the item. so far there as been no resolution. I would stay clear of the company and their inferior product and return policy

Purchased the shade that was suggested after taking their test. The shade was way too dark. Upon wanting to exchange the shade I would need to pay another $10. I asked for a refund and I would return the product becuase I didn’t know if the next shade would be accurate since the first one was not even close. Not wanting to continually pay $10 until I got the right shade. Instead I was refunded

The deducted amount on your $34.96 purchase is composed of the $10 return shipping fee and the $4.99 shipping fee in your for it to get to you initially which is why the refund for your order is only $19.97. I hope this clears everything!  😊️

I should've known better but I went ahead and ordered Lanera full coverage foundation. The color I was advised to select is too dark but I can live with it.  The smell of the product is unpleasant and very chemically. Other than being too dark, I do like how it appears on my face. But unfortunately the product is made in China. They tout their product as being designed in the USA but it's actually made in China. You don't find that out until you receive the product. To summarize, it's a no for me. I'll go back to my faithful Lumene brand. 

I usually prefer a tinted moisturizer with sheer coverage, but sometimes I do want a full coverage foundation and Lanera has me covered. Choosing a shade was easy and the quality is VERY good. I thought it was a bit pricey, but a little goes a very long way if you are blending properly so the price is actually not bad at all. It also wears well without settling or caking and it's easy to wear other products over it. I would definitely recommend Lanera to a friend.
