Just received my order, and could not be happier! Not only do the boots match my cups exactly, which is what matters most for me, but as well, the whole packaging and presentation was next level! And to top it off, Elizabeth was absolutely fantastic in all of our correspondence! 5 ⭐️ all the way!

Her bows are top notch. I added a few to my cart and just kept adding. I wish they weren’t so cute so I could not need them all. They all pair perfectly with each cup. And the attention to detail and quality is superb.

Elizabeth is amazing! Not only has she created custom bows for my tumblers, she has also gone above and beyond and created custom hair bows upon request as gifts for my young cousins and sister. Every time, the quality is exceptional and her turn-around time is amazing. She packages everything so beautifully, that I really don't even have to gift wrap! The extra goodies she includes with each order put her customer service over the top! If I could give more than five stars, I would! Love, love, LOVE her creations!

My absolute FAVORITE bow shop and designer of all time. She's highly responsive and communicative. Her custom pieces are out of this world beautiful. I won't buy my Stanley or Starbucks bows anywhere else.
