I’m not sure if really saw a difference with fatty15. But in the last few weeks I’ve been much more consistent with taking it and think I finally do see a difference in my skin and hair

I think this is working? I replaced my omega-3 with it so maybe less drastic results than someone else. I love their branding and the eco friendly refill packs!

Fatty15 is expensive but I am super willing to pay for better health. The biggest thing I've noticed on fatty15 is that I don't get cravings for unhealthy snacks while I'm taking this consistently, which is great for my diet. I don't think I'll see the true results for years to come but I'm feeling good taking this for now.

I absolutely adore fatty15 - within 2 weeks of starting to take this supplement without any other lifestyle changes, I noticed a significant improvement in my energy. I'm not sure if it's because of me sleeping better at night or because my cells were receiving the nutrients they needed. Within about a month, I started to notice an overall improvement in my anxiety. Again, I am not sure exactly why but given how good I'm feeling, I can't imagine not taking fatty15. 

As an added perk, I appreciate their sustainable approach to packaging with the glass bottle and a very small envelope with a 90 day supply that arrives every few months. While it would not affect my plan to purchase, it does feel nice using less packaging while feeling physically great.

I don't have any recommendations for any improvement yet. 

This is another product that I really like, but it's effect in your body is VERY subtle! The science and concept is very interesting, to complement their transparency, sustainability, and educational support. This is a good product for biohackers to try.

After taking the product for 4 weeks, I have noticed that I don't snack as much, can last longer in my "intermittent fast" although I'm not always looking to do it, and my hunger pangs are much better controlled. They also tout that it improves your mood, increases your energy, and my help with aging/feeling younger. I can say that my energy levels are bit increased. In terms of mood, I can't say it's any better or worse, probably because I also use hemp extracts in my wellness routine. In terms of aging or feeling younger, I am not sure how long I'll need to take the product to see discernible benefits. 

When I ordered this product it was truly just an experiment as I was really intrigued by the science behind it. After taking it for about 2 months now, I can say that while the effects are very subtle I have noticed a definite increase in energy (especially in the morning). I felt like this has improved my mood throughout the day as well. I am going to continue to take these everyday and am excited to see more results!
