All the negative reviews sound about right. I used Cheeky for the first time back in 2020 (before COVID), and it was a pain back then to get the order correctly. I never ended up receiving any of my subscription retainers, ultimately having to cancel. I didn't think much of it because it was 2020 but do remember how the customer service didn't even apologize or give an explanation they just went ahead and cancelled my subscription without even replying to my email—I figured times were weird back then, but I've now been dealing with them for about two months this year. trying to get new retainers, and customer service has been even worse than before, and I still have not idea when I'll be receiving my retainers. I think if the process is delayed any further I'd rather just cancel and save myself the trouble.
Feedback
The shame is that the product itself works great! lasts long, and overall offers a good quality product without the loops of going to the dentist/ortho. But the issues that come up are just very frustrating, especially when there seems to be no information, solution, or communication. Cheeky team please do not reply to this with an automated message — I already dealt with Sarah (sounds like same Sarah from another review below).
