I quickly became a Promix enthusiast upon trying it at the recommendation of a trusted friend. I love how well the protein mixes with water or your beverage of choice. Vanilla protein and OJ creamsicle anyone?! I’ve used or tried every product and the high quality ingredients are apparent. No bloating, no fillers, no thickeners, no spiked ingredients for label embellishment - no artificial anything. It is not overly sweet or unnaturally thick which keeps me in line with my lean diet. Those extra sweet or unnaturally textured products always messed with my cravings and perception of whole foods. I swear by their whey and collagen, the beef liver which has tremendous, noticeable benefits, the bone marrow, and all the bars and puffs I use to supplement my diet, either on-the-go, or as a way to enhance my macronutrient profile for a meal or snack. I take the Flow State daily because it keeps me sharp while at work. They have products for everyone. I used workout hydration and BCAAs as a an endurance athlete, and their pre-workout, protein, and recovery when I was more bodybuilding focused. From CrossFit to Triathlon… to just general wellness and aging gracefully, you can customize your stack with their wide range of products. Something unexpected-or maybe I should have expected it-is that my gut health improved. That has affected my sleep, immunity, digestion, and performance. They don’t use dyes or funky flavors which is usually the culprit for gut modulators. I used to work at various supplement stores and have tried SO many products, so my sample size is large and Promix easily sits at the top. They are an ethical company and do a ton of good in the community and for the environment.
