I am absolutely obsessed with Goldthread drinks. They are low calorie, taste delicious, and have functional ingredients-- my personal go-tos are the tumeric and the ginger options. I find they are great post meal to aid in digestion that I actually look forward to drinking. Only caveat- they are a bit pricey, but given the decent size, I think it's worth it.

Asha Pops are weirdly satisfying to eat-- and crazy low calories at 60 calories per bag. My favorite is above and beyond the Chile Lime. It has the perfect balance of lime with a kick. I also like the Vegan Cheese. Asha Pops are a great snack to tide you over if you are say, waiting for dinner. But given the low protein content, don't expect them to keep you full for very long. I also haven't tried the sweet flavors (Dark Chocolate) so can't comment there!

I REALLY wanted to love these...jerky was a go-to snack for me for a long time. But I gave it up after realizing all the additives and negative environmental impacts. I tried Akua and was pretty disappointed- it is the exact texture, taste, and smell of a dog treat. I made my friends try it as a prank. It was that bad. Amazing mission and I really hope the brand nails the taste/texture eventually, but they just aren't there yet.

Lesser Evil is the best bagged popcorn on the market at the moment-- and I have tried A LOT. The taste is unmatched, the calories are lower than most competitors, and it's ridiculously clean label. I don't know how they do this, quite frankly. The original is my favorite flavor by far, but I also enjoy Himalayan Gold. My least favorite is the avocado (it tastes like Avocado oil). If you have the chance to try this, PLEASE DO!

Wildgood is a delicious, plant-based, clean-label option for vegan or dairy-free consumers. Not to mention, it tastes UNBELIEVABLE. The pistachio and hazelnut are my favorites. The ice cream is certainly pricey and high calorie-- it's supposed to be an indulgent luxury, though so don't hold it against them. It's good enough that you will actually be satisfied by a scoop (or two!!) and not need to binge the hole pint like with Halo Top.

The food from Sakara is absolutely delicious. I have a sweet tooth, especially in the morning, so I loved their indulgent breakfasts that often included muffins, granola, waffles, and donuts (healthified versions of course!). Not to mention, everything is inherently dairy and gluten-free-- which as someone with food sensitivities, I love. 3 stars because quite frankly, it isn't enough protein for me. I was really hungry in between meals and given I had paid $400, I didn't want to supplement, but to give my body the fuel it needed, I had to. I'd recommend Sakara for a temporary reset, but just don't think its enough food alone for a long-term eating plan.

This brand is an amazing purchase for consumers looking to sweeten their foods/beverages with a low-calorie real-food option. I like to use the syrup in my smoothies in particular-- adds a wonderful flavor that isn't overpowering. It's also delicious drizzled over plain greek yogurt. Not to mention, the brand was founded by a BIPOC woman. All around, great brand.

Bitchin' Sauce is absolutely delicious- it's a great option for dairy-free consumers and clean label to boot! First ingredient is cashews. Only 4 stars because the texture is a bit runny. Definitely not comparable to say a queso, so get your expectations in check.

Magic Spoon is an amazing option if you are addicted to sugar and need something to kick the craving. With that being said, it's a highly processed food nonetheless. It tastes like whey protein (which some people love, but I personally do not). It also hurts your stomach if you eat too much, so be warned! I'd consider it the Halo Top of cereals. Frankly, I just think there are better protein cereals on the market.

Obsessed with this hummus brand, and it is by far the best clean-label packaged hummus on the market, in my opinion. The lemon dill is my favorite flavor, personally. 4 stars because I personally prefer my hummus creamy and the texture is a bit 'thicker' and 'crunchier' almost. Still absolutely delicious but I must admit....that smooth (chemical) Sabra's hits.
