I placed an online order is 2001687669 on February 5th, 2024 for 110 British Pounds for the following books: - Raphael, The Complete Works - Bruegel, The Complete Works Both books are defective as they have print errors, some pages are cut and there is some kind of glue damaging the books. I tried contacting customer service by email ([email protected]) also used the online form but nobody replied. Also tried to call to the phone number from the terms and conditions (+44 20 3856 3242) but it’s a fake phone as it doesn’t work. Please I just want my money back. Of course I will never buy from you again. Please reply urgently. Thanks
