    Once Upon A Coconut

I picked up the Once Upon a Coconut Chocolate flavor at my local grocery store because I was looking for a dairy-free, chocolate milk alternative. I recently got an at-home ice cream maker and have been testing out various drinks with it — this seemed like a fun option! I tried it plain first and was pleasantly surprised at the taste. I was hesitant because it is made with coconut water, not milk, so I expected a thin watery beverage. Ironic that I would even buy this because I don't love coconut-flavored things, but this was delicious!!! Perfectly creamy, rich chocolate flavor, with a hint of coconut. I don't think I would ever reach for this on its own. But it is gonna be great for smoothies, ice cream, or in coffee!

    Recess

Maybe it's placebo but I think these actually work? I first tried one of these during a work day, and I genuinely felt less stressed and more calm. I love their branding and aesthetic — I want to be seen holding this, ya know? Besides the look, the taste is 10/10. I'm a sucker for a flavored sparkling water. Blood orange is my favorite. My only complaint is the price. I think I paid $8 for one of these at a bodega in NYC. I'm sorry but that's INSANE. I didn't realize it was so expensive until I was checking out so I had to go through with my purchase — after trying it, I wasn't necessarily mad about my purchase, though. The price is the only thing keeping me from being a frequent repeat customer. Instead, I use Recess as more of a delicacy — only buying it on special occasions when I'm having a night in and want to feel extra relaxed.

    ŌURA

I've had an Oura ring for about 1.5 years now. I was the typical Apple Watch-obsessed girl looking for a less bulky option. Overall, I like it. Am I obsessed?? No. But I also think that's a good thing. I was addicted to my Apple Watch (it dictated my life frl) so I'm happy that this allows me to track my wellness/fitness more healthily. What I do love about it is the holistic approach it takes. For example, after a night out, it's crazy to see how alcohol affects your sleep, heart rate, and overall readiness. When I'm sick, it's interesting to see what exactly about my health is declining (i.e. temperature, sleep, etc). And I loveeee the sleep tracking. It made me realize I go to bed way too late. It's habits like this that the Oura ring brings your attention to. My only complaint is the software. I wish when you wake up every morning, your sleep, readiness, and activity scores from the previous days pop up in a notification on your phone. Currently, you have to go on the app, wait for it to load (which lowkey takes awhile?), and then you can check your data. Since I'm not obsessed, I sometimes forget to go on the app and then none of my data uploads for that day and it's blank. Overall, this is a nice to have, not a need to have. But if you are someone embarking on a health journey and want to make better life choices, I would 10/10 recommend!

    DeLuscious Cookies

I found these at Erewhon and WOW. I wish I could give this an even higher rating than 5 they are that. good. It is such a soft, moist cookie — almost cookie dough-like. It is also thick and dense making just a bite or two the perfect after-meal treat. I usually have a few bites and save the rest, it's just as good a day or two after opening. I have only tried the chocolate chip. But if the other flavors are anything like it I know I would be just as obsessed. Been wanting to try the peanut butter and cinna brulee flavors next! They also make a great gift for anyone vegan and gluten-free in your life!

    No Particular Order

I have been a follower of Margot Lee (founder) for years!! When I saw that she created NoPo, I knew I had to try it. I like to journal and have tried to integrate it into my routine for years — but I have never been consistent.... until No Particular Order came along! I love this because the prompts provide JUST the right amount of structure. They encourage you to think deeply/reflect on things you wouldn't normally. I typically fill out 1 prompt/day. Sometimes I flip through until I find one that calls me, and other times I open the journal and fill out whatever one it lands on. With NoPo, I go into my journaling practice not knowing what the pages will bring, and it is always such a pleasant surprise finding out!

I saw these at Target and decided to try the Belly Bears (I think they were on sale and cheaper than other "healthy candy" options). I am always skeptical of anything that promotes digestive health because I've never actually felt any benefits (i.e. Poppi), however, I will say the taste is usually 10/10 and that's the reason I reach for these products time and time again. When I bought these I wasn't looking for something to fix my gut health but rather provide a guilt-free candy option (I don't feel as bad for eating these compared to Nerd Gummy Clusters, for example). When I actually tried the Belly Bears I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture!! They were so fresh and I loved all the flavors -- you could tell they were made with natural ingredients which I appreciated. Didn't notice any digestive benefits, but also wasn't expecting to. I would definitely buy again if I was looking for a healthier sweet treat (I'd pick this over SmartSweets - texture is so much better and no artificial sweetener aftertaste)

I was given the Water Balm because a friend didn't like it. Naturally, I was a little hesitant but I really enjoy this! Definitely a lighter moisturizer. I like to use it after the shower if I know I have to run out the door because it doesn't leave a sticky residue like other, thicker moisturizers. It has a floral scent; not too over-powering, very natural. I really like the packaging too, it feels luxurious and sturdy — it's something I want to have on display on my bathroom counter if you're catching my drift. I want to try more of their products - esp the shave pillow. They seem to have innovative, dual-use products in the body-care category. Excited to keep following Hanni!

I absolutely love the taste and their flavors are so unique and refreshing for the protein bar category. I think pistachio is my favorite but spiced hot chocolate is a close runner-up! Very subtle flavors, which I enjoy because you can tell it is not artificial. Giving a 4/5 because I like to use bars as meal replacements when I'm busy and these leave me feeling hungry still ;/ but I will continue to buy for the flavor!

I first tried the Peanut Butter flavor and was HOOKED. It was not-to-sweet (almost savory) and added the perfect crunch to my yogurt bowls every morning. I tried the chocolate flavor and it did not compare, blueberry was a close second. My only complaint is the price — it is steep for a cereal but at least you know you are getting high-quality ingredients. I'm willing to pay it for the peanut butter flavor every time!

    Friends with Lav

I LOVE LAV! I can finally bring a salad to work and don't have to worry about cleaning out an oily container at the end of the day. I can just easily throw this in my lunchbox and I'm all set! Even better than the convenience is the taste. I could never get the proportions right when making my own dressings, and Lav solves this all while maintaining healthy ingredients. The lettuce, veggies, and protein in my salads are now just vehicles for this liquid gold dressing... the original is my favorite!
