    W&P

W&P makes some of the best "no brainer" food products out there! Like why was it so hard to find a ceramic to-go lunch bowl? or a wide mouth water bottle? or a really good ice cube mold for cocktails? W&P makes really stylish and equally functional products for food and drinks. I shattered one of my bottles unfortunately by dropping it onto the floor. That's the price you pay for glass products over plastic unfortunately. Just got to be more careful next time.

I would love to see instructions somewhere on how to recycle the product after it's end of life. I think they have a sustainable brand messaging but they could take the sustainable aspect even further.

OV has a very unique design language for a sportswear brand. I love how their their branding speaks as more "recreational" than "competitive sports" (Nike, Adidas, etc.) They also collaborate with brands and studios (Rapha, Visibility Studios, Peloton) that I think really resonate with their target audience. I also like how the brand looks young (Gen Z) but not too young that it feels out of place for the older millennial or Gen X customer. I also love how they innovate on their products (ex. snacks leggings) and not just put their logo on generic clothing and accessories.

    Feedback

I think they can push for more inclusive sizing. There are not that many size options. Some of their products have weird seams that are placed in very uncomfortable placements. I have a legging where the seam goes across the thigh and it might look cool visually but the discomfort is a real deal breaker. I would also love to see them stock in more places so its more accessible for purchase. Price point is slightly high for what the product is worth.

    Blueland

I really want to love this brand because I wanted to find a sustainable cleaning brand that I can rely on and stick to, but there are a few major flaws with Blueland products that I hope they will fix. First off, their spray bottles have a parting line that causes the spray bottle to break off after some time. 2 of my 3 bottles have broken at the same spot. I think to truly be a sustainable brand, the quality of the reusable products really needs to be built to last! Or else what is the point??? I like their formulas for the cleaning agents but I think it's not "powerful" enough for all your cleaning needs. I can use my Blueland cleaning stuff for an everyday wipe down but I still need to buy bleach and antiviral wipes as a supplement for harder to clean areas. I kind of end up with just more stuff at the end.

Quality of bottles can be much better. Design can also be improved. Can use a more powerful cleaner that can easily clean up mold and mildew. Maybe a pet spray (for cleaning urine) could be a good next product.

    Glossier

What stands out most about Glossier to me is the design. Really amazing branding and packaging design! I hope they continue to be a design-centric brand. Product wise, I think they make really good staples for a very natural, "no makeup" look, but I wouldn't say that their products are soooo innovative that you can't get a similar product from other brands. Price point is pretty good for what it is. My favorite Glossier products are is the Glossier You perfume, Generation G lipstick, and Balm Dotcom (the only matte balm I can find).

    Feedback

I know they are DTC but I wish they are more accessible for purchase. At the moment I would have to purposefully go to their website to order stuff or wait in line at a Glossier store with a bunch of teenagers. Even if they were to stock at other online retailers I would be more inclined to get their products, especially if it's a restock for myself. I would also love to see more sustainable packaging solutions for their products going forward.

    Works for Peloton

I discovered Peloton in 2018 and loved their bike so much that I decided that they would be my dream company to work for, ultimately becoming an employee there in 2021. Bias aside, the bike was one of those things I never knew I needed until I tried one. I really disliked working out in general but the Peloton just makes the workout experience for me less painful. Riding my Peloton is also how I discover new music nowadays. For me, retention is the biggest challenge when it comes to workouts, usually after the initial excitement of buying/starting a new product or program it slowly gets less appealing and gets less use, but I think Peloton's constant new content and very likable instructors (CODY!) is the key for continuous use after many years.

    Feedback

I would love for Peloton to produce more content beyond a spin class/running class format. Travel routes, gaming, scavenger hunts, etc. I find some of their offerings a little confusing. The membership offerings confused for a long time and some of their hardware products looks/feel very similar despite having very different price points.
