So I've tried the smoothie pouches and the plates for my 7yo. He likes some of the flavors, not all, but we've figured out what his favorites are and stick with those. We do a pouch on the way to school or for a snack and the plates we do on weeknights when we don't have time to cook. It's all really convenient and feels healthy, I just with there was more variety of what my kid liked.
