They taste good, but I'm not sure I'm getting anything from them in terms of the caffeine - then again, I do drink a lot of coffee so I might just be immune at this point.

We always have one of these bars in the apartment. The flavors are great, the packaging is good, and the chocolate is really good quality for the money. Plus their mission and efforts for slavery-free cocoa is much better than most other brands.

SO GOOD. I tried these years ago when visiting a friend in Ohio and now that they're (more or less) nationwide my diet is ruined. Super flavorful and worth the money.

My dog hates harnesses, but we wanted something for hikes or big walks when we didn't want to use his martingale. This harness is the one he fusses about the least, and it's pretty soft and comfortable when he lies down in it. The straps do loosen up a bit as we walk, but not enough that he'll slip out. The leash and bag holder are both great, but I use bags from other companies that have more in a roll. It's all pricey admittedly but the quality is there. I definitely won't be needed a new leash or bag holder any time soon.

    Feedback

The harness loosens up throughout the walk, so maybe revisiting the material of the straps could help.

I've gotten a few plants from the Sill over the years and they're all still alive and doing well. I've never had a problem with pests on any of the plants after I received them and they were all pretty good quality. The folks who work in their physical locations are pretty knowledgeable too. I'm always hesitant to get anything from them because of how expensive it is, so I usually stick to using them for gifts.

I've order from Rooted three times and don't think I will again - in total I ordered 6 plants and had to get rid of three of them. I loved their site and branding and mission so I wanted to give them a few tries. The first plant I ordered was fine and I still have it and it's thriving! The next plant developed mealybugs almost immediately and I had to get rid of it so it wouldn't spread to my other plants (pests happen, what can you do). The final order was a grower's choice box with 4 plants, and two of them arrived heavily damaged. I don't normally reach out to customer support about plants since a lot of stuff is out of their control, but this was bad. When I reached out, which their site recommended I do, I was sent a canned response that boiled down to "sorry about that, make sure they get some water and some light." I had to cut away all the damage, leaving me with really rough looking plants, two of which yellowed and died pretty rapidly. When I checked their roots, they had netting around them that seemed to have messed them up. All of this wasn't worth what I paid and since I've just gotten plants from local shops or etsy instead.

    Feedback

Receiving a canned response that barely addressed my issue made me roll my eyes. I know customer support teams are always understaffed, I worked on customer support teams for years, but it was the final straw. That, and the plants were not the best quality considering the price point.

I bought one of their exercise dresses and love it. It gets HOT in NYC and I get really sweaty but you could barely tell in this dress. Having built-in shorts with pockets was the main selling point for me. That said, I've worn the dress three times and washed it three times and it feels like the shorts have lost some structure and ride up a lot more than they did from the first wear. It's pretty expensive, also, but overall good quality.

I loved the idea behind the products, the packaging, and the fragrances were great. However I'm not sure it did more than or a better job than other, less expensive shampoos/conditioners. It helped a little with frizz, but otherwise I found I needed to wash my hair more often and could never get it totally clean. I used it for a couple of years and tried a couple of different formulas, but will swap to a different, less expensive option.

Bought this for fun at Home Depot and didn't think it would be too good, but it's actually my go-to sponge now. It works really well for stuck on stuff and hasn't developed a smell in the several months I've had it. I'm lucky enough to have a dishwasher so I pop it in there to clean it every so often and it's still holding up great (you can also toss it into the laundry to give it a good clean too). It dries really quickly also.

So far my only problem is that the mouth stretches out and hangs open pretty far after a couple of months, so maybe making that smaller might help.

I gave this a try for over a year, but was disappointed after a couple of months. The way to change brush heads is by snapping the neck of the toothbrush, and mine broke after my first change and would constantly come undone when I would brush my teeth using the vibration. I reached out to customer service and they basically said it was user error and to watch one of their videos. Basically just an overpriced manual toothbrush.
