These products went through a phase of being hyped, alongside the "clean beauty" movement. However, every product has some kind of fragrance, regardless if they're essential oils, they are still irritants if you have sensitive skin or a compromised skin barrier. These products made my skin break out and my Keratosis pilaris worsen.

I grew up on Top Ramen and as an adult I can still get my fix Immi. The amount of protein is remarkable, and I can easily fit it into my macros, especially if i add a few ramen style eggs. The shrimp and chicken flavor are my go to. I don't always use the full packet of spices, so then i can have left overs and use it on potatoes or whatever i'm roasting in the oven.

The construction itself feels quite cheap. The humidifier components come apart immediately. There are no clasping mechanisms between the parts. The aesthetic also looks cheap, as if you could buy it at the dollar store. Other than putting water into the air, there are no other redeemable qualities, particularly because of the cost without the discount. I overpaid by even purchasing this at the thingdrop price; if I had paid full price I would have immediately returned it.

These are candy bars in my mind. They have the chew, crunch, and flavor of a candybar, but with the protein and general macros that make them perfect for mid-training snackies. I would stay away from the vegan ones if you're not vegan and wanting to check them out. The salty Peanut and creamy crisp are THE BEST.

The butter and salt, and salted peanut butter and salt flavors. They are barely sweet and the texture is perfect, especially when you keep them in the fridge. The high fat content means they're satiating and with them being keto, i don't have to worry about gastrointestinal issues or a sugar crash.

I have only found these in ONE specific grocery store, which is two cities over. I am not ashamed to say I will drive over there just to get these. Being able to get the satisfaction of eating those little doughnuts in the plastic roll from my childhood, without the sugar and some protein? Absolutely.

Once you break in the classic birki-boys, you'll have them for years. After time they only get better, and as long as your good about keeping your shoes cleaned and be reasonable with the weather you take them out into, they are a great investment.

La Croix who? Spindrift has the perfect amount of flavor. My favorites are the Lemon and blood orange tangerine. Even the fizz is the right amount, and the bubbles seem smaller and more dense than that of other carbonated waters.

I compete in powerlifter and have worn Lululemon align leggings for the past six years. They are, despite what Lululemon employees will say, the best leggings for lifting. As they don't constrict you at all and feel like you're pantless, training in them allows you to easily transition into competing, where you can't wear compression gear. I have no issues with pilling and they tend to hold their shape for a few years.

I have purchased the bodysuits and oversized boyfriend shirts from SKIMS. The material is unreal; it's soft, elastic while retaining it's shape, and DOES NOT pill over time. The cost is reasonable and worth it considering the items i have purchased feel so luxurious and up to date have not deteriorated in quality, color, or shape.
