I have had the whoop for almost years Pros; really tells you where your body is at before you even start noticing. For example it started to indicate that my body needed to recover right before I started getting sick and their metrics are great. Also easy to wear, easy to charge and the application is super customer friendly. -customer service tends to be 10/10 Cons: -Battery life. After having it for a while the battery life starts to drain super fast which can be a bit of a challenge - I wish it was more consistent in terms of recording activities such was walking or LISS because the range of calories/strain really range even though the workout is almost identical

Customer arrive is great, the look of it is amazing but I’m notice some quality issues only when it comes to the ankle weights. They are tearing apart at the seems where the Velcro is. The weights have no issues though
