I, too, like you probably swam in the Shark Tank with this one. First red flag should have been Lori as the investor considering a lot of what she peddles is junk on there, but you never know, and it could have been a winner.
I bought one for my home and one for my business. Both were total junk. They are definitely not up to snuff for business use and barely home use. They don't clean effectively and wear away quickly. Even on dishes that didn't have stuck on grime, it didn't clean and I ended up having to go back to my standard blue/green sponges to get the dishes clean. The one at my business actually broke up into pieces within two weeks of use.
Cute sponge. Terrible execution.

Everything. I don't find it an efficient nor effective cleaning tool.
