    Seed

I really love Seed! I've been taking the probiotics for a little over a year and find that they are much more effective for me than other store bought brands. My digestion feels much more stable than if I don't take them, even if I have a bit more dairy than I normally would. I don't mind the price because I feel it's worth it to support a sustainable brand.

The main things that made me choose (and stick with) Seed over other probiotics is the sustainable shipping option (3 months supply vs. every month), the home compostable packaging, and the fact that it works so well for me!

I really love the rmdy Digestive Essentials! I have been taking them for about 6 months, though I don't take them daily. I usually have one or two before/during a large meal that I know has some dairy (I'm lactose intolerant). They work just as well as Lactaid, and I can tell the added digestive enzymes and probiotics are helpful for my gut too. I feel much better when I take them, and they're helpful especially when I'm eating out or at someone else's house. I'm definitely planning on getting more when I run out.

I don't mind the berry flavor, and appreciate that they are in a chew form rather than a large capsule. I do wish there were better refill options than the glass jars, as I would prefer not to continue to receive those, but I'm looking forward to stocking back up.

I got this from a local bodega on a whim one night because I'd never seen the brand before and I am always up for trying new vegan mac and cheese options (I'm lactose intolerant). I made it with almond milk and a vegan butter, and added lots of salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, and some other spices. Overall it was okay, but the flavor wasn't my favorite. It was very savory, not cheesy at all, and I found it to be dry (had to add more milk than expected).

I would be interested in trying it again if the price were a little lower (I think it was $7-8) and the flavor was improved. Otherwise I'll continue to buy Annie's from the grocery store.

I love the idea of these chews, but I don't necessarily find them useful after the month or so I've been taking them (I've been through about 1 1/2 tins). I haven't noticed much of a difference in my mental state, though I do sometimes take them before bed and I think they do help me wind down.

    Feedback

The main downside for me is that the chews are very hard. This makes it difficult to want to take them to see if there might be a difference long term. And while I appreciate the attempt to shift to more sustainable packaging, I wish there was a better refill option that just receiving more tins, particularly because they are not airtight. Overall, would only recommend if you have had success with this kind of supplement before and are looking for a more sustainable option.
