Their rice pudding is so fantastic that I get it weekly now. It’s creamy and smooth and the flavors are so balanced. My partner and I have also started collecting these jars for drinks and watercolor because they’re a great size. Note: I can’t speak to the ecomm experience/process because i found them locally.

I used to find their products a bit hit-or-miss but recently have been really loving more and more of them. They're sturdy, easy to assemble products that help declutter small spaces, and they're actually affordably priced, which is hard to find with home goods. I love that most of them are metal and wood; it's a beautiful, simple look. I recently redid my pantry and am using a few of their storage carts, which have made a huge difference. I had a minor issue with one item recently and their customer service was incredibly kind about making it right, too.

The only issues I've had with them are products that aren't quite the size I expected, based on their photos. I'd just double check that things are gonna work by measuring if you have any concerns about anything.

I have super sensitive skin, and have been on the lookout for hypoallergenic, eco-friendly laundry detergents for a while now. Recently, I've also been looking for an effective stain remover. I saw these guys had both and ordered them. So far I've been impressed by the effectiveness, and the packaging itself. I love that the detergent is aluminum and not plastic, the stain remover is cardboard and wood. I love the little silicone top that you can just place in your washer when full. I've also been happy with the overall effectiveness of these products, too. My laundry definitely seems cleaner than with some other options I've tried. This could become a go-to for me; I'll have to see how their products play out long-term.

    Feedback

Honestly just wish they'd expand their product line a bit, but the ones they've got are great.

I initially found them when I had an eczema flare-up on my upper legs and needed something to wear during the night — it is (or was) tough to find longer, female-friendly underwear that are made of 100% cotton, and they fit the bill. I got some pairs of their 4.5" trunks, and loved them. After that, I branched out into their hipsters, briefs, boy shorts, bralettes, and thongs. One of my first purchases was a pair of dino-print boyshorts that made me feel like a kid again in the best way. Their prints are always SO fun. Fit is consistent across the board, no matter the product line. More importantly, they are super comfy for everyday wear. I really love and appreciate their body, sexuality and gender-inclusivity within their product lines, it makes me feel extra good buying their stuff. Every new type of product they offer is well thought out (I just bought some of their swimwear, and it's great too). A few of my family members have tried their leakproof line, and love it. I'm so happy this brand exists.

If they offered a no-show line of underwear I'd switch over to them completely. I'm excited to see them continue to grow their offerings.

This is the best floss. You do actually need it. I doesn't ever break, it's textured in a way that is very effective, the scent/taste is always pleasant (even for the more out-there flavors) and the containers are refillable. I've gotten this as gifts for a few people and they have loved it.

    Feedback

Sometimes when refilling the containers, the floss will unravel in a way that makes it tough to close again. I haven't quite worked out the issue there, but it would be good for them to provide some additional direction to make sure this isn't a frequent result of refilling their containers.

I love the idea; they kicked off a trend, and I'm grateful for that. The monopoly on eyewear in the US sucks. However, I am not so in love with the glasses. I think you miss out on a lot if you're not near enough to one of their retail locations to get the fit adjusted. A personalized fit makes a big difference. That aside, I've never loved how heavy/bulky most frames are; they're not something I'm comfortable wearing everyday. I do think that if you live in an area where they're located, it's probably a different story. I'll also add: their packaging solution for contacts (while not something I can use with astigmatism) is wonderful.

    Feedback

Potentially working with local eye doctors to provide fit adjustments for customers would be a way around fit issues. I'd also love to see them expand their contacts line to include people with astigmatism because the packaging is SO smart.

These guys are great. They're a small operation out of Colorado, and I feel like they really care about product quality. Every time I've chatted with their customer support they're kind, and responses usually come from one of the owners. I've gotten CBD drops and bitters from them. The CBD has a pleasing and gentle effect (I've tried the big mood and the flavored adaptogenic drops) that has helped me get though stressful days. The bitters are tasty drink additions! Love what they're doing, excited to see them having grown enough to pop up in stores near where I live.

    Feedback

I've been pretty pleased with everything I've gotten from them, including the sustainability of their packaging.

Save yourself the money; you can get better quality textiles at target. I purchased a sheet set and duvet cover from them. I inspected the seams when they arrived, and found a bunch of spots with really shoddy sewing. I sent their customer service some close-ups and they sent me a new set, but those were the exact same. Craftsmanship aside, I got the percale sheets and they are paper thin and crinkly. They've stayed that way for years now, and they discolor easily. I actually have sheets from target that have held up better. I have a few family members that have bought robes from them, which I think are better quality, but I would never get their bedding again.

    Feedback

A lot. Not to be a cynic, but I honestly feel like they are counting on an audience of younger people who don't really have a feel for what "nice" bedding is. It feels really shady to me. I don't think they're charging a fair price for these goods, I think they're taking advantage of people who are coming into adulthood.

Love these bags. They've eliminated any need for ziploc bags in my household. I tried beeswrap for a while, but its tough to make a habit out of something that you can't wash with soap and warm water. These are dishwasher safe, which is amazing. Easy to clean and reuse, great in the fridge or freezer (or packing a lunch), and they come in plenty of sizes. I have 20+ now and use them daily.

    Feedback

My partner has carpal tunnel and struggles to open these bags. I'd much rather have it that way rather than have the bags coming open all the time, but I wonder if there's a way to improve accessibility for people with less hand mobility.

I love Supergoop; they are making sunscreen accessible. I'm allergic to synthetic fragrance, and historically it's been extremely difficult to find great sunscreen that is fragrance free, but they are doing it (and doing it well). They are also doing a good job of creating sunscreens that work on all shades of skin (something sorely needed in the industry). It really feels like they are thoughtfully living out their mission of "every single day" for everyone. A few other notes: somehow, play sunscreen actually smells GOOD (a real feat for anyone who grew up with the standard sunscreen offerings). The unseen sunscreen is also unlike any other sunscreen I've encountered. It's somewhat transparent, and feels like a high quality facial oil when you put it on. All of the products I've used of theirs have been easy to apply, effective for daily use, and gentle on my skin. I'd recommend them to anyone (and have done so repeatedly).

    Feedback

As with most brands, plastic waste is at play here. I'm looking forward to material innovations reaching this industry.
