The get going in pre-workout, have a great apple flavor, which I like into the green apple, jolly rancher, but a bit less sour. It makes for a relatively well with water, although there was a bit of grit at the bottom of my glass the pre-workout fueled me through a pretty intense hour long workout. I do believe that it helped my performance, and would recommend this product. I also purchased the Splish splash, hydration and grape flavor and love that it tasted like flat grape soda. It wasn’t too salty and I revived me after a long hike in 90° temperature. In terms of shipping from Amazon, the Splish, splash, hydration, ride relatively quickly, while the pre-workout was somewhat delayed. Not sure if that’s from this promotion or a general issue, but just wanted to throw it out there for everyone’s awareness. Overall great experience with this brand and I would recommend it.
