Hi Ana, we are so sorry to hear that you are not happy with your flowers. We would love to take a look at your arrangement to make sure it was not damaged in transit and that it is up to our company's quality standards. Can you please send 2-3 photos to our customer service team so we can assist you as soon as possible?

Kelsey, we would like to begin by sincerely apologizing for missing such an important moment. We would also like to apologize for all of the back and forth you experienced with our team. This is not a normal occurrence and we are very sorry this happened with your order.  We see that our team was able to assist you with a resolution, but we understand the importance of having the floral arrangement arrive on time for such an important moment, and for that we missed the mark. Our warehouses are completely owned and operated by Venus et Fleur, but we do outsource our deliveries to a courier company who we are currently speaking with regarding this issue. We sincerely apologize for all of this inconvenience and hope that we have the opportunity to make it up to you in the future.

We are so sincerely sorry to hear that you are not happy with the size of your arrangement. We do try to be as transparent as possible by providing the dimensions in the product description as well as providing images with other objects or hands for size comparison. All of our arrangements are final sale as they are made specifically for each order and we are not able to accept returns due to their fragile nature. We are so sincerely sorry for all of the inconvenience that this has caused.

Our Le Petit arrangements can usually take anywhere from 1-6 business days to arrive, but any longer than this is not usual. We try to respond to our chats and emails as quickly as possible during our business hours. We were not able to locate your order based on the timeline but if there is any way that we can further assist you, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I STRONGLY advise against using Venus ET Fleur. I have had a terrible experience trying to send flowers for a loved one's funeral and am heartbroken that I was not able to pay my respects due to their lack of coordination & communication and false advertising. They do not make these inhouse! They outsource to a warehouse that they do not have direct communication with so any promises they make for delivery or quality are empty. DO NOT USE!

Thursday 10/5: I placed an order totaling approximately $340 with Same Day Concierge delivery, to be delivered for funeral services for a dear friend.
Thursday 10/5 @8:30PM: I reached out via email to customer service asking for an update as the ShopPay still said "In Progress" and I had had no communication.
Friday 10/6 @8:30AM: ShopPay still says "In Progress" and wait on hold to speak with someone on the phone. I hang up @ 9:15AM after no answer.
9:15AM: I reach out via the chat on the website with my order number. They apologize for a "technical delay" and said they reached out to the warehouse and offered be a $60 gift card for future purchases.
9:15AM-11:30AM: I continuously try to confirm when the delivery is scheduled for; as if its after the funeral, there's no point having it delivered. No answer.
12PM: I send a final email saying I've missed the opportunity to deliver the flowers and get back "This issue has been escalated to upper management. Please allow additional time; management will call you within a few hours. Also, please note that the relevant team is working on your request."

I am still out $340 and my flowers were never delivered. DO NOT USE THEM! Unless you have ample time and no issues waiting, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I’ve been gifted these roses recently. They are very cheap and honestly not high quality. I had bought preserved roses from a brand called Ricordami before, and they held up a lot better and much more high quality in my opinion. If this is on your list, I’d recommend checking them out first, I’m not sure how the price might compare though! 

Be more transparent in your "free" shipping. Offer refunds, especially if called back the next day. Have customer service that actually GAF. Wrap better so it doesn't get so damaged in transit

If there was a way to give them no stars I would, but here we are. Ordered on Feb 4, selected their free shipping and according to them, this put me in for delivery after Valentines Day. Never saw that or anything like it when ordering but they were correct, it arrived after VD. I called them the day after ordering on the 5th to confirm and was assured it would arrive by the 14th. Called on the 10th and was initially told that it would not arrive until the 16th, then when I asked for a supervisor to cancel the order, I was assured again that it would arrive on the 14th. Called the night of the 14th when nothing came and was basically told tough $hit buddy. They state there are no refunds under any circumstances and I should have known to order earlier. Finally arrived today and everything looked like it was shipped by an angry gorilla as the entire package was damaged and the stuff was all over the box. candle comes separate. wife was unimpressed and that's saying something as she is one of the sweetest creatures god ever made. Worst money I've ever spent. Their customer service is non existent only to say that they will lie to you to get you off the phone. I was told on the 14th that a manager would give me a follow up call within 24-48 hours and not only no phone call, but I got a email today basically telling me again, tough $hit, I should have read the fine print and no refunds. Ever.

I called writhing 3 hours of delivery. We did not like it one bit - poor quality and not value for money - and all customer service could say is “All Sales ambler Final”. Not acceptable in todays day and age where customers buy online based on what companies claim in writing but when it turns out to be false…they need to be held to a higher customer satisfaction standards. Especially when the call comes in the first few/24 hours! 

Absolutely Disappointing...What a Scam! DO NOT ORDER. $100 for a small box of crap roses that fit in the palm of your hand. Looks fake and poor quality. And when you call Customer Service to inform them you wish to Return as you are not pleased, they are quick to tell you "All Sales are Final!". DO NOT BUY! This company is a rip off and most unprofessional in their dealings. WHAT A SCAM!!@

I got them but definitley don’t last a year and are pretty exspensive for what It is.

My husband ordered me their roses at the end of August because my birthday is the first week of September.  They didn't arrive until WELL PAST my birthday!  My husband was furious and tried contacting them -- Instagram, text, email, calling.  Calls either were never picked up (beyond their AI), or chats were started and then disconnected/closed without ever touching base. The 4 flowers were wilted and had dead spots on them, and I am sad to report that they didn't even make it a month (let alone a year).  $200 for 4 roses. Unreal!  Should just be called what it is -- highway robbery.
