I STRONGLY advise against using Venus ET Fleur. I have had a terrible experience trying to send flowers for a loved one's funeral and am heartbroken that I was not able to pay my respects due to their lack of coordination & communication and false advertising. They do not make these inhouse! They outsource to a warehouse that they do not have direct communication with so any promises they make for delivery or quality are empty. DO NOT USE! Thursday 10/5: I placed an order totaling approximately $340 with Same Day Concierge delivery, to be delivered for funeral services for a dear friend. Thursday 10/5 @8:30PM: I reached out via email to customer service asking for an update as the ShopPay still said "In Progress" and I had had no communication. Friday 10/6 @8:30AM: ShopPay still says "In Progress" and wait on hold to speak with someone on the phone. I hang up @ 9:15AM after no answer. 9:15AM: I reach out via the chat on the website with my order number. They apologize for a "technical delay" and said they reached out to the warehouse and offered be a $60 gift card for future purchases. 9:15AM-11:30AM: I continuously try to confirm when the delivery is scheduled for; as if its after the funeral, there's no point having it delivered. No answer. 12PM: I send a final email saying I've missed the opportunity to deliver the flowers and get back "This issue has been escalated to upper management. Please allow additional time; management will call you within a few hours. Also, please note that the relevant team is working on your request." I am still out $340 and my flowers were never delivered. DO NOT USE THEM! Unless you have ample time and no issues waiting, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Kelsey, we would like to begin by sincerely apologizing for missing such an important moment. We would also like to apologize for all of the back and forth you experienced with our team. This is not a normal occurrence and we are very sorry this happened with your order. We see that our team was able to assist you with a resolution, but we understand the importance of having the floral arrangement arrive on time for such an important moment, and for that we missed the mark. Our warehouses are completely owned and operated by Venus et Fleur, but we do outsource our deliveries to a courier company who we are currently speaking with regarding this issue. We sincerely apologize for all of this inconvenience and hope that we have the opportunity to make it up to you in the future.
