As the first pistachio milk in the U.S., Táche is a community-first brand creating a new category in alternative milk. Táche is rooted in three pillars: better tasting, better for the environment, and better for you.

As a first-generation Iranian-American, pistachios were a mainstay in Roxana Saidi’s home growing up. They were her favorite not only for their cultural significance in Middle Eastern homes but also for their numerous health benefits. In 2015, Roxana started making pistachio milk as an alternative to almond milk, which was depleting her native CA of water during its worst drought on record. Elated to learn pistachios require significantly less water than almonds, Roxana set out to create a more sustainable, delicious alt-milk and without any of the unhealthy added oil of oat milk.

Táche is a values-driven company. As part of our ethos as a female-led and founded company, we proudly donate a portion of our profits to fund education and empowerment for young women and girls in our community. We have partnered with The Lower Eastside Girls Club of New York as our nonprofit partner. 

Táche is based in Brooklyn and has been featured in Bon Appétit, Forbes, Well & Good, Vogue, Refinery29, and New York Magazine.

Tache is a brand of pistachio milk that many customers love for its rich, nutty, and creamy flavor. It's praised for its healthy ingredients and works well in hot drinks, although it tends to split in hot coffee. It's also adored for its packaging and branding, yet some find the taste and texture not to their liking. It's slightly pricey and not easily available in stores.

I need every coffee shop to start offering Tache. Also, love the branding + marketing so major kudos to the team behind it all. 👏

So delicious. Im a huge pistachio fan and this definitely has a mild pistachio flavor which is really lovely, but may not appeal to those who don’t like that taste. I eat it with fresh berries and granola and it’s absolutely delicious. 

It does tend to split/curdle in hot coffee, particularly espresso, which is a bit annoying. Pre pouring the milk into the cup to warm up or steaming it did help with this issue but didn’t fully prevent it. 

I love anything pistachio-flavored so I was interested to try the Tache brand. This is as "real pistachio" as you get - no artificial flavors nor colors. The pistachio flavor is subtle, yet more real than most other pistachio-flavored products. It adds a really nice complex flavor to any coffee, matcha tea, or other beverage.

10/10 for packaging and branding but I didn't like the taste or texture.

Really tasty! I even got my boyfriends coffee shop to start carrying Tache to use! 

I tried the RTD lattes and they are DELICIOUS! This was my first experience with pistachio milk and I think I’m in love. It’s nutty, it’s rich, it’s creamy. It’s 10/10. I don’t love RTD coffee, so this was a super welcome and pleasant surprise. I’ll definitely buy them. 

I LOVE a pistachio matcha, finally found Tache at a local health food store and I'm obsessed

I love their vanilla pistachio milk! My only complaint is that it is not more widely available. It’s delish in tea and cereal.
