Good food. Horribly run company. Website and ordering system is terrible and skewed to confuse and place orders that you didn't even know were there or if you changed them they still charged and sent. There pretty much is no customer service. Impossible to get help. They have an email address and also a phone number but neither provide help. You're on your own and keeping your fingers crossed that things work out is not a good way to do business. I gave it a couple of tries, but my experiences only got worse with subsequent attempts to work with them, they get complaints and give apologies but never improve anything. Not worth the space in my brain to try to keep track of what is going on with my orders or try to change them, or get help from the company. Too bad, food good, everything else is very bad. They need new management.
