We always send an email reminder ahead of your next order that confirms the full price and allows 48 hours to cancel the order or make any changes. Given this window to modify orders ahead of time, our money-back guarantee only applies to your trial order.

While we understand the price to size ratio may be a shock, every bowl of Sundays is more nutritionally dense than your average serving of kibble (the higher volume of kibble is often attributed to the added fillers and synthetics, as well as the lower price). This means it may look like you’re feeding a smaller amount of food (hence the 36 oz bag), but your pup is still getting the right amount of calories and nutrients each day.

Unlike kibble, our recipes are gently air-dried and use real ingredients (the same ones you’d find in your favorite grocery store). While our quiz recommendation suggests the best place to start, dogs can have strong preferences for one flavor profile over another—much like us humans. We offer three different recipes if you’re open to giving us another shot!

Customer Service by Text Sucks. Its text I sent a different person reply so there was no continuity on discussing transferring their inventory to my closet to be their warehouse. One of the texts said call  the toll free number on Monday we can talk live to help you. I called and got a recording from Rachel saying they shut off their phones because they were too busy so send an email or text.  Too busy to provide good customer service!

When I first engaged with them about buying their food I went through their questionnaire enter information about our dogs. I got a text they shared how much food I should feed them at each feeding. Since they don't have the ability to do simple grade school math, they set us up for two subscriptions of dog food at an interval of 18 days. We received the first bag on 10/28. I was told to feed the smaller one 32 grams and 35 grams the slightly larger dog. The next 32 oz (1.02 kg) bag arrived on a 11/5. The dogs only ate 544 grams of the first bag when the second one arrived. Because they are unable to do simple math the third bag arrived on 11/13 just in time for me to have two bags $138 of food in the closet just before they finished eating the first bag.  They could not get the shipping cadence right we got to 4 bags in the closet $276 of food while they were still eating out of the bag. I kept trying to get them to straighten out the shipping cadence, but they could not. One of the text messages said we should switch to having one subscription and move to the 72 oz (2.04 kg) bag. Ok lets do that. Now, our closet moved to have two 36 oz bags when the first 72 oz bag arrived while the dogs were eating out of another bag.  Geez, they still have not grown up to use grade school math. I received the first 72 oz bag on 12/21 the 2nd on on 12/28 and one today 1/2. I just opened the last 36 oz bag this morning. So today I have $420 worth of Sunday's food in the house. I am pissed off they are draining my bank account. It must stop. For people considering Sunday's Run unless you don't mind having a warehouse in your home for Sunday's. Had I saw their F rating on the BBB, I would not have bought the first bag.

There is one positive thing I can say is that our dogs like the food. I do know they like Lone Wolf Ranch food too so maybe them liking it does not say much.


Just like with any family member, I believe that it's important to provide my  pup Harper with the best nutrition possible. Higher-quality dog food like Sundays contains better ingredients, with fewer fillers and artificial additives. This means Harper gets the right nutrients for optimal health, which can help prevent long-term health issues like obesity, allergies, and digestive problems. Plus, feeding her quality food improves her energy, coat, and overall happiness.  I feel that it is an investment in her well-being and can save on future vet bills in the long run. I really believe she deserves the best care, and that starts with  good nutrition.  She loves it and I think Harper is worth it!

My finicky eater has been cleaning her plate-something she has previously struggled with. I like that I can switch between flavors since she gets bored with her food. And it’s always good when you can read the ingredients and know exactly what she getting. 

Sunday’s Food For Dogs is the only food my two, three year old Malshi’s will eat! 
They had never finished a bag of food since the day we got them! They are allergic to poultry so it beef for my boys!
Best choice and live they love feeding our pups the best ingredients for them to thrive on! 

Harley is a picky eater so I was very happy to see that he loves Sundays Chicken. Customer service is great. They have been quick to resolve any issues that I might have. We have been customers for a few years, now, and will continue with this quality food.

My puppy loves this food. It is all he will eat. I have had very good experience with customer support unlike others claims. They are very responsive. And I love the large refferal bonuses offered. 

The food is good for Mieshka and it tastes pretty good to me too; however I followed the feeding procedures but it still gives my dog terrible gas.  Also, I when ordered it and was supposed to get 40% off but didn't!  Very expensive compared to a very few other brands with the same ingredients and processing procedures. 

It is the only dog food my dog has consumed consistently and with relish in her whole four years of life. It is convenient, portable and ordering is flexible. 
I wish the packaging was more easily recycled and getting a hold of personnel has been challenging in the past but I have noticed some improvements as of late.
The price is a bit dear for many pet owners but the quality is high, you get what you pay for.

Birdie had lots of puppy tummy issues but once I researched and found Sundays I knew it would be a great food for her as she moved into her adult years.  In April of 2021 we started out with Beef since it had the highest protein profile and she is high energy.  As soon as the chicken flavor came out we switched because she loved the Christmas sample packs we ordered.  She absolutely loves Sundays and her tummy issues are gone.  She always gets compliments on her soft shiny coat and it’s Sundays:). Thanks for developing this human grade food and making a chicken flavor.  I play around with her delivery a lot due to travel and moving multiple times.  I utilize my online access to my account and email with customer service and have always gotten great service!  Birdie and her mom are your biggest fans! 

It’s rare I leave negative reviews however, dealing with this company I feel the need to warn others about their questionable business practices. I ordered the 14-day trial, it arrived 10 days after I ordered it and the company had me marked to send out a full month's order two days before it was supposed to arrive. I emailed multiple times and attempted to call only to receive an automated message that “they were not taking phone calls at this time”. There was no way online that I could postpone the “subscription” and expected my emails to be answered quickly, they weren’t. The full order shipped and the company finally responded 6 days after all my emails saying “sorry, since your dog won’t eat the food you can donate the bags and we will give you a 50% refund”. I’ve honestly never dealt with this very low level of customer service in my 40 years of doing business with companies of all levels. My dog only ate the food once and now refuses to eat it, that says something. BEWARE dealing with this company, I believe the way they operate is making money off of unsuspecting consumers just trying to find a new convenient dog food.

My Australian Shepherd, Billy, has been on Sundays for Dogs for about a year now, and the difference is incredible. He gets so excited for mealtime compared to when I was feeding him kibble. I love rotating recipes to keep things fresh for him, and it feels amazing knowing I’m giving him such high-quality food. The ingredient label gives me complete confidence in what I’m feeding him. So thankful for Sundays!

Customer Service is all robots, they don't response to portal submissions, their chat bot is never a real human, they don't have an active phone number. Their cancellation process doesn't work all the time and you get food and then they blame you for it. I would not recommend based on their customer service and greed and lack of human care. Food is mediocre anyway.

I'm very dissatisfied with the final customer service. I was seeking a return/refund after being charged a ridiculous amount for a small yellow 12 oz bag of air dried beef (trial) and a 36 oz blue bag of chicken recipe.  My Bank was charged around $75 when I received the 36 oz bag.....my mouth dropped.  Who can afford to pay that for that amount for 36 ounces!!!!  I'm a Senior and made the mistake of online ordering.....it simply out of my $$ range.  I got a small $15.79 refund for the 12 oz trial but would not be given a refund for the 32 oz. "However"  if I can get the bag to a shelter and get a receipt & get it sent to Sunday's THEN they say they will give me a 50% refund of the $75.  Now I don't have s car and its hard to get around for a Senior.  Not to mention the single and double digit cold weather we are having. I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that 48 oz of dry dog food is being sold for almost $90.  That's with free shipping....but still is outrageous!  It would be so much easier to just setup a post office pickup....why can't companies see where they can do better for seniors or anybody for that matter.  
BUYER BEWARE unless you have a fat checkbook.


My dog did not like his kibble from here at all. It was more expensive than other brands and apparently not good (according to the dog)! 

Excellent dog food. Eli loves the taste and it is very healthy. Support staff excellent. I highly recommend it.

I originally bought this because I wanted a healthier food alternative for my dog, but I did not want the hassle of using Farmer's Dog because they have shit packaging. Unfortunately, this was a waste of money. My dog, Phil, did not like the taste.  in fact if he could speak, he probably would have used the word “hate.” Also, it should be noted, not for my lack of trying, because I got him multiple flavors. 

This is a great product and even better people working there. Much better experience and product than Marty’s.

The food IS EXPENSIVE, but just okay.  However,  you should avoid their "SUBSCRIPTION" service at all costs.  They send you food at intervals WAY closer intervals than you sign up for and it's impossible to send it back.... even though they violated the agreement you signed up for.  Terrible business practices.
