It’s rare I leave negative reviews however, dealing with this company I feel the need to warn others about their questionable business practices. I ordered the 14-day trial, it arrived 10 days after I ordered it and the company had me marked to send out a full month's order two days before it was supposed to arrive. I emailed multiple times and attempted to call only to receive an automated message that “they were not taking phone calls at this time”. There was no way online that I could postpone the “subscription” and expected my emails to be answered quickly, they weren’t. The full order shipped and the company finally responded 6 days after all my emails saying “sorry, since your dog won’t eat the food you can donate the bags and we will give you a 50% refund”. I’ve honestly never dealt with this very low level of customer service in my 40 years of doing business with companies of all levels. My dog only ate the food once and now refuses to eat it, that says something. BEWARE dealing with this company, I believe the way they operate is making money off of unsuspecting consumers just trying to find a new convenient dog food.

You should never be charged for another order without ample time to finish your pup’s trial, and a 10 day delivery timeline is out of line (and absolutely not our norm).
