Update: Potion finally got back to me, seemingly in response to this review, and sent out the product without more delay. Glad I finally got the order but customer emails going to spam is a significant problem if the customer is replying directly to the original order email (as the footer says to). For the product itself, it's tasty. Not too salty, not too sweet, punchy but not sour flavour, and contains what seems to be the going ratios for sodium, potassium, and magnesium. Each sachet is for ~23oz of water but might be better served by being packed for ~16oz of water, which is a more common size for water bottles both single-use and refillable. My glass holds about 19oz - maybe a stronger flavour than originally intended but again, tasty, and I feel pretty hydrated. Will definitely come in useful during the hot summer months. Original review: Ordered Dec 6, got a tracking number on Dec 9. Tracking number says "pre-shipment info received, waiting for parcel", and hasn't changed in a full month (it's now January 6). I've sent multiple follow-up emails without any reply. Even if the product is great, I couldn't tell you because their logistics team has completely fumbled. Hoping this is a one-off, but it leaves a sour (electrolyte-free) taste in the mouth.
