I never ever subscribe to a product I haven't tried before. PlantPaper put me in for a subscription and sent another load of their crap. The TP clogs my toilets and the tissues are crunchy instead of soft. I got an email saying they were sending a second load to me, I emailed them immediately and they refused to stop the order and refused to let me return, telling me to donate it to friends for the holidays! What??? talk about poor service. Do not deal with this company!

Works for PlantPaper
Hi there Marcia! We're sorry to hear you weren't a fan of our product. We don't actually have the ability to sign our customers up for recurring subscriptions without their acknowledgement and consent, sounds like maybe you accidentally signed up? Glad you were able to resolve this with the customer service team! I know you spoke with them at length. I also wanted to address your septic safety complaint here. In all of our septic safety testing, and our six years in business, PlantPaper has always performed as well or better than conventional 2 and 3 ply brands. Please email us for a copy of our septic safety sheet. In numerous conversations with plumbers over the years, we’ve learned that many drain cleaning companies like to blame changes in toilet paper for backups, but there is typically an underlying issue—build up in the pipes, old and narrow pipes, something else inadvertently flushed down a drain—that lead to big backups like this (mostly in older homes). There’s no easy solution for those types of problems, so TP takes the blame. But as you can see in the test results, PlantPaper breaks down more quickly and more thoroughly than conventional brands, and so it’s highly unlikely it alone was the cause. Please let us know if there is anything else we can clear up for you! -Team PlantPaper
