Some decent products but way overpriced and customer service is definitely sub-par.!They sent me $200 worth of...damaged...candles with oil running out of the candles and outside over the jars and all over the rest of the packaging. I sent them photos of the majority of my purchase and they replied back about how the candles should still be usable after cleaning them up but not to ignite them until all of the oil was cleaned(?!). I just asked to send them back for a refund and they told me they don't pay for return shipping. So now I'm stuck with damaged and potentially hazardous candles plus $200 down the drain.
